Our Hearts, billions of blazing pulsing Suns spread out across our earth. What symphonies might we hear in taking pause to listen to our own Heart, to another's. What might we create in claiming the power and potency of our own Inner Sun?
We are all creating our lives and our worlds either consciously or unconsciously from one moment to the next. In any of our emerging moments we can consciously choose to create directly from our highest desires, our singular presence and through our thoughtful intentions.
A recent study shows that at best, most of us are living, operating, and consciously creating from our presence only 7% of our waking lives. The other 93% of our day we are creating directly from our unconscious minds. Your conscious choices, your fulfillment and creative nature made manifest are all sourced only from your presence, here and now. Depart from your presence and you are either left with yesterday or tomorrow.
When we unconsciously dwell in our past we re-create our past experiences, which we then experience here, again today, OR, when we project ourselves into and live in the future, we simply amplify our longing and sense of unfulfillment..... tomorrow never comes.
Your life is and can be a veritable FEAST, you can have just one apple or you can choose to have your orchard, which do you choose? Cultivating presence and clear intentions here in the alchemical moments that are Now is the only place that you are truly able to surrender your past and the nonproductive, repetitive experiences/patterns that were rooted in your past. Here Now, in and through your presence you are empowered to create exactly what you choose for yourself, for your loved ones, and for your world.

Here is your own brilliant truth today; You Can Fly!
There is a fine line between faith and fear, a fine line between excitement and anxiety. You are here, NOW, to fly rather than to fail or fall. I am inviting you to experience your own innate sense of divinity and wonder and to feel the wind in your wings right NOW.
For the brilliant truth of who you really are to emerge and be born, your false self is required to fade and pass. What might feel like falling or dying to you is in reality your own emerging moments of your truth and spirit flying.
We all are hungry and ready to have and experience our desired changes. There is an incredible yet quiet surge of “Divine discontent” that is growing now within each of us, both individually and collectively.
If you are or have been feeling lost or stuck, if you continue to have and repeat the same unwanted experiences in your life, if you are feeling disconnected or have so far been unable to bring your dreams, aspirations and visions fully to life then perhaps you are also feeling your own desire for positive change and growth. You are, in this very moment, ready to ”fly”.

Hey! I can FLY!!! So Can You!
5 Years ago, I found myself at a point of transition; I was standing at my own proverbial crossroads. I had come to the end of a two year contract where I had moved most or all of my own personal work, projects and dreams aside in order to accomplish successfully the established goals and outcomes agreed upon in the contract. Mission accomplished.
I found myself returning to my dreams deferred, searching for a better definition, for a clear path and way forward, searching for the language that would describe who I truly am and what I could offer to my own community and world in service.
Essentially, I was at square one. More authentically and accurately, I was at the space and place of a part of myself fading and passing away while in the very same space a more powerful and purposeful part of me was emerging and being born.
I was learning to fly.
Now, five years later after countless small simple, conscious and powerful steps forward both symbolic and actual, I have learned to embrace what in the past felt as if I was falling / ending / passing (now as I surrender my past to the past) as an integral aspect of my flying and ascendancy. I am learning from moment to moment and in my own Singular Presence to "Travel Light".
When you surrender any aspect of yourself that is not true or does not serve you, you are releasing the weight of your burdens that keep you slow, heavy and earthbound. Again your key is to surrender your past.. TO your past.

I have learned through my own individual practice of “Personal Alchemy” to cultivate and embrace my own Faith and Certainty, upgrading what was in the past my fear and doubt . I have learned to embrace and embody my Excitement and Purpose as I am upgrading my what was for me in my past anxiety and confusion. I am Now living my dreams each and every day as I fly forward embracing, embodying and stretching into my next greatest imaginings, dreams, aspirations and fulfillment.

Through your own consciously cultivated state of accelerated presence and choice there is always an abundance of support, Grace and Providence available to you in the extraordinary way each moment unfolds and emerges from the Now. Shed your stories that have never really served you, choose to liberate yourself and be prepared to travel light, free from the burdens of your past as you explore the depths of your own truth through the power and primacy of your own heart.
As we cultivate and embody greater depths of presence in our lives, we also begin listening to and hearing more clearly how our bodies speak to us.
Our bodies are the direct physical reflection of our conscious and unconscious minds, thoughts and beliefs. Your body in any given moment speaks to you either about thriving, surviving or some space in between. What has your body been saying to you, what is it reflecting to you now? Are you listening?
There is a powerful innate elemental design and function within each of us that awaits our rediscovery. Quite simply, it is the rhythmic cycle of our own breath. Our elemental design is powerfully reflected back to us as we consciously cultivate our own Singular Presence and is most commonly seen and experienced in the realms of nature as complimentary & elemental cycles of rhythm and flow.
